Just two spaces remain for the new Sunday 6-a-side community football initiative kicking off at the K-Park Training Facility on April 8th.
The 14-week season will run every Sunday between 6-8pm on the 3G Astroturf pitch and most of the spaces have now been filled by local teams, groups of friends and work colleagues.
Community Football Manager, Ben Wright, said, "I am delighted that we have had such a good response from the local community and it bodes well for what should be a very exciting and enjoyable season for everyone involved. Hopefully we can fill the remaining couple of places and get the league kicked off in style with a full quota of fixtures. The SFA referees are now confirmed and in place so everything is all set for the big kick off on April 8th."
Matches last 40 minutes, there is no entry or registration fee and individual trophies are on offer for winners, runners-up and the top goalscorers from each division.
Anyone interested in taking part should contact Ben on 07583 578334.
