WIN 2 TICKETS TO TEENS IN THE PARK THIS MAY!!!

Teens In The Park will take place at the Hamilton end of Strathclyde Park by the Watersports centre on Saturday 1st of May 2010 between 1pm and 8pm.

The event has been set up to give teenagers a taste of a proper music festival in a safe environment. It's completely different from your average local community centre disco as it takes place outside!
 
Headlining the event are superstar djs Ultrabeat alongside one of the best tribute bands in the business the Kings of Lyon. Alongside them will be a host of up and coming local young DJs, MCs and bands who'll be playing the best in dance, indie and r 'n'b. There is something for everyone.
 
The event will host a funfair ride, laser shows, dj workshops , live dancers and lots more.

Ultrabeat If you're wondering who the guys behind the group are, Ultrabeat is Mike di Scala (pictured on the left) and Chris Henry (left) who both hail from Liverpool and who are also known under a whole host of different aliases as DJ's, producers and performers across many different genre's of the UK dance scene some of which you will probably recognise - Rezonance Q, BCD Project, Whelan & DiScala, M&C and ReCon to name but a few and it was through the Rezonance Q alias and the track 'Someday', that AATW first came into contact with Mike di Scala.

PISEES is a conscious lyricist hailing from the UK, who uses knowledge, emotion and life experiences to express his musical genius. His raw vocal tones and universal sound brings a refreshing and exciting feel to the popular music arena. Supporting international artists such as Nas, Akon, Jagged Edge, Tpain and Omarion, he is already a name in the business. Make no mistake.... PISEES is a force and he is not to be reckoned with. He has just completed his long awaited debut album entitled "A PIECE OF THE PI ", out soon.

Parents & Guardians

Parents and guardians will not be permitted entry into the event site however are welcome to use the cafe at the Watersport's centre while the event is taking place.

Drop Off Point / Collection Point

There is no official drop off and collection point.The event finishes at 8pm. Parents are encouraged to make their own pick up arrangements if necessary.

Mobiles

Teenagers should be eqipped with a mobile telephone as there is no telephone on site.

Cashpoints

There are no cashpoints on site.

First Aid

First Aid services will be provided by Paramed One.

Food/Drinks

There will be a snack bar in the event site and also a tuck shop selling soft drinks, crisps etc

Merchandise

Glowsticks, whistles , sunglasses , t shirts etc will be on sale on the day
